Cauliflower Soup

There is nothing nicer than a warming winter soup. Nourishing and wholesome.


1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1 cauliflower

4 potatoes

1 litre chicken stock

2 cups water

salad seeds

olive oil

salt & pepper


  • Heat olive oil and gently toss crushed garlic & diced onion.

  • Peel and chop potatoes into small pieces and cook with garlic & onion.

  • Chop cauliflower & add to pan.

  • Add stock and water. Cook until vegetables are soft.

  • Cool slightly and blend ingredients.

  • Serve with salad seeds and a drizzle of olive oil.
