Nourishing Smoothie Bowl:

1 cup frozen berries (can be any type of berries)

1 banana (optional)

handful baby spinach

1/2 cup kefir yoghurt

1/2 cup milk (any type) or coconut water

1 tablespoon flaxseeds or chia seeds

(I sometimes add magnesium powder or vitamin C powder)

Blend in processor, then serve with granola and coconut on top.

These ingredients are very flexible. Be creative and choose what suits you.
