The Importance of Drinking Water!

So often, we do not even realise that we need water and our bodies become dehydrated. Water is beneficial in many ways. It provides us with energy and helps to keep our skin supple. Water on its own is a great choice of beverage but we can also add lemon or drink herbal teas to hydrate us.  A sparkling water with a slice of lemon or lime is a great alternative to alcohol when out.
